Abid Rasool Khan has held ministers and secretaries responsible for non-utilisation of MFD budget. He told this while addressing a press conference here. He told that non recruitment of workers and officer in Minority Welfare Department has affected its performance and for non recruitment of workers and officers ministers and secretaries are responsible. They should have filled the vacant post and improve the performance of minority welfare department.
Abid Rasool Khan asserted that after reviewing the reports received from all district collectors, the commission has come to the conclusion that no district has required staff; as a result the situation is going from bad to worse. He asserted that to utilise optimum budget the presence of required staff is essential.
