Anjuman Muhibban-e-Urdu Andhra Pradesh is organizing the 5th international mushaira, on January 18, at Lalit Kala Thoranam, Public Garden, Nampally. Renowned poets of Urdu world, besides eminent political, literary and social personalities of the state will attend the programme.
Anjuman Muhibban-e-Urdu has created Muhibb-e-Urdu award in memory of great personality late Mr. Abid Ali Khan to encourage persons active for the cause of Urdu in Hyderabad and other places. These awards were also given to reputed personalities in the past. This year the awards will be conferred upon 4 noted personalities including Captain Pandu Ranga Rao, Javeed Arshi (Indore), Mohammed Tameezuddin and Mohammed Ismail-ur-Rab Ansari.
