In this episode of NewsChakra, senior reporter Abhisar Sharma has lifted the veil off the ‘Operation Black Kamal’ being executed in Gujarat. He says that the BJP in Gujarat has been involved in horse-trading of the MLAs. Even as the model code of conduct has been imposed, the BJP has not refrained from politicising the martyrdom of jawans.
Citing the resignation of 2 MLAs of Congress, Abhishar reveals that one more Congress leader was contacted by BJP and was offered 150 Cr but he rejected the offer.
Mr Sharma points out that four-time Congress MLA Jawahar Chavda, all of a sudden joins BJP and within 24 hours he takes oath as minister of state. Jawahar Chavda the once Trusted MLA of Congress is now the minister of BJP, is it a model of Gujarat, asks Abhishar.
Another MLA Purushottam Sawariya was threatened, saying if he doesn’t join BJP, his problems will be increased, claims Sharma.
Operation Kamal is a term used to refer to the BJP’s alleged plan to poach leaders from the opposition.
