Abdullah, Sarkozy hold talks in NY

New York, January 12: King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, received at his residence here Monday evening French President Nicolas Sarkozy and his accompanying delegation.
During the audience, President Sarkozy was reassured about the King’s health following the successful surgery he had last month.
The two leaders discussed the latest developments at regional and international arenas, as well as aspects of cooperation between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in all fields to serve the interests of the two countries and their peoples and the whole world.

Calls from Obama, Carlos

The King also received telephone calls Tuesday from US President Barack Obama and King Juan Carlos of Spain to wish him well and discuss matters of mutual interests.
