He is out of sight for the last 26 years but his face still sticks to the minds of people. Qadeer’s face! This is the face of a poor person who is bearing the suffering and agony of imprisonment. Constant imprisonment has weakened his body so much so that he looks much older than his age. Moreover, his right leg is amputated due to custodial torture. The incident occurred on December 12, 1990. Since then he is bearing the suffering and agony of imprisonment. Though he has completed his sentence of 14 years but he is not released till now. Everyone knows on what charges he was punished for.
