Mumbai,December 09: Pakistani actress and model Veena Malik’s father Malik Muhammad Aslam has condemned her for having posed nude on the front cover of FHM men’s magazine. Veena’s father stated that her act has brought shame to the country and has called upon the Pakistani authorities to take stringent action against his daughter.
But the newest stir is her father making a statement to British media on disowning her and how he wants her to be punished for what she has done!
Veena Malik’s father was extremely angry and upset to know that his daughter had posed nude for men’s FHM magazine. He requested the Pakistani authorities to take severe action against Veena.
Meanwhile, the federal interior minister Rehman Malik made it clear that he would verify the nudity matter, and if found guilty, stringent action will be taken on Veena Malik. However, Rehman Malik maintained that Veena should be given a chance to clear her stand.
Meanwhile, Veena has completely denied shooting nude for FHM or any other magazine. Veena Malik said, “I agreed to a photo shoot and having an ISI tattoo in a humorous way but I did not have any nude photos. My pictures have been morphed.”
However, Kabeer Sharma, editor of FHM”s Indian edition maintains that the pictures are original nude pictures of Veena Malik, for which she was paid handsomely. Kabeer even claims that he has the video of the nude photo shoot as evidence.
Pakistani actress Veena Malik has been in news ever since she established her feet in India for all the reasons objectionable by her country.
Latest being the controversy of her posing naked for a magazine.
However, she denied going nude and sued the magazine for a whopping 10 crore. But the newest stir is her father making a statement to British media on disowning her and how he wants her to be punished for what she has done!
“I have disowned her. I have severed all ties with her and I don`t want her to have any share in whatever meager assets I have until she is cleared of the controversy and pledges not to visit India again,” Veena`s father, Malik Mohammad Aslam, was quoted by the paper as saying.
He added that his daughter should be punished if found guilty of stripping “so that no other woman would think of doing such a thing”. “I can ignore if she disobeys me but I cannot tolerate anything against my country and my faith.”
This statement made by her father has shocked the actress and she despite repetitive tries from media to get in touch, has maintained a ‘no comment’ status.
