Former Delhi Law Minister and AAP MLA Somnath Bharti’s wife has accused him of assault and inflicting domestic violence upon her.
She has lodged a complaint with the Delhi Commission for Women, which has summoned him on June 26th of this month.
Lipika Mitra alleges that she has been suffering violence since 2010 and has asked for separation. She says she wants to live peacefully, with her children.
