With the overwhelming response from the aspirants, who are committed and competent to public service, the AAP is fielding candidates selectively for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Assembly Elections to be held on April 30 and May 7 respectively.
Some 63 candidates for Telangana and 29 candidates for Andhra Pradesh Assemblies have already been declared. A lot more are coming in the next couple of days as the nomination date is fast approaching. So, the apprehensions about not contesting for Assembly elections in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are baseless, said B. Ramakrishnama Raju, Aam Aadmi Party coordinator of Andhra Pradesh. (NSS)
