Stating that they would not tolerate domination of Seemandhra leaders in the Aam Admi Party, Telangana AAP leaders demanded that the central leadership set up a separate unit for Telangana region.
Speaking to mediapersons here on Friday, AAP representatives Ch Bhoopal Goud, Tehar Kamal, Rasheed-uddin, Syed Khazim demanded that the party central leadership constitute AAP unit in Telangana State and uphold Telangana self-respect. They also appealed to AAP high command to open party office in Telangana at the earliest.
The AAP leaders said a meeting of Telangana leaders will be held in Malakpet on March 24 where AAP central leaders will be present. They called upon AAP activists in Telangana to attend the meeting in large numbers and make it a success. AAP leaders MA Quadeer, MM Ali and others were present. (NSS)
