Two member bench of High Court of Hyderabad ordered Govt. of A.P. to identify place for locating A.P. High Court within 6 months. Former Chief Justice of Hyderabad High Court, Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta had passed this order on 1st May before his retirement. This judgment was communicated to A.P. Govt. with instructions to allocate funds of New High Court. It may be noted that under A.P. Reorganization Act., High Court could be common for both the States for 10 years but Telangana advocates have been campaigning for the separation of Telangana High Court.
