New Delhi, April 30: The Parliament witnessed angry scenes on Thursday over the acquittal of Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case.
While a united Opposition forced the adjournment of the Rajya Sabha once during the day, the Lok Sabha witnessed heated exchanges.
Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Harsimrat Kaur Badal accused the government of shielding Tytler and Sajjan Kumar, another Congress leader.
