8 suspected swine flu case admitted in AP Chest hospital

Hyderabad, August 25: Eight suspected swine flu victims were today admitted to the Andhra Pradesh Chest hospital here, hospital sources said.

Eight patients, including two patients who were home quarantined and had completed two days of treatment were recalled as there was no improvement in their health, AP Chest Hospital Superintendent Dr S V Prasad told PTI.

Besides, a patient was transferred from King Koti Hospital in the city, was admitted at the AP Chest Hospital today, Prasad said.

In all 17 patients, including seven confirmed cases, have been admitted in the hospital, he said adding that the swab results of other patients are awaited.
