West Zone Team and Shah inayat Gunj Police on credible information Wednesday afternoon hours apprehended (8) accused persons Akash Singh (18) an Student, R/o Jumerat Bazar, Hyderabad, B.Bala Krishna (18) a Laborer R/o Chudi bazaar, Hyderabad N/o Mahaboob Nagar District and including six boy juveniles who were indulged in outrage of modesty of one pregnant woman and try to kill her husband (attempt to Murder) at Moosi river south side bank in the Shah Inayat Gunj PS limits on March 16, 2014.
The above accused and Boy Juveniles are friends from childhood and residing at Jumerat bazar and Begum bazaar areas Hyderabad and they are all regularly used to go near Musi River for the purpose of chit chat and consuming liquor and smoking. On March 16, 2014 at 22.30 hrs they are all went to south bank of Moosi River, behind Maternity hospital, Hyderabad, for the purpose of chit chat. In the meantime one person P Rama Krishna (30) a Tailor, N/o Achampet (M), Mahaboob Nagar district along with his wife Smt. Haritha Laxmi, who is (8) months pregnant, went to open place of Moosi river behind Maternity Hospital, for nature of calls. The accused persons and Boy Juveniles came there and initially they questioned the said Ramakrishna that who is she and what is the relation between you and that lady, if she is his lover or any illegal intimacy like that? Then Ramakrishna replied that she is my wife and get away from this place. Then they started misbehaving and outraged her modesty, when he tried to rescue her, the accused persons and Boy juveniles attacked on him and one Boy juvenile attacked Ramakrishna with a sharp weapon due to which he sustained bleeding injuries over all the body and got admitted in Osmania General Hospital, Hyderabad.
The arrests made under the supervision of K Ramchandran Additional DCP Commissioner’s Task Force, K. Ram Bhupal Rao, ACP Goshamahal division, Y.Prakash Reddy, Inspector, Task Force, P. Sattaiah, Inspector and M. Ramakrishna, Additional Inspector Shah Inyat Gunj PS with the assistance of SI’s D Jalandhar Reddy, M Venkateshwar Goud, K Srinivas and the Staff of West Zone Team, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.
