Finance Minister Eatala Rajender informed that the Telangana Government would soon fill 724 posts of Group-II category.
Replying to a question raised by BJP MLC N. Ramchander Rao during Question Hour in Legislative Council on Sunday, the Finance Minister said notification was issued to fill 439 Group-II posts and the examination was to be held next month. However, he said the examination has been cancelled as the government wanted to hold exams for all 724 posts together.
Eatala also informed that the Finance Department was in receipt of information of nearly 55,000 vacant posts across the State. He said that the process to fill 11,000 posts has already begun. He said about 14,000 posts would be filled through Telangana State Public Service Commission while 10,000 Teachers’ posts would be filled through DSC. (INN)
