Hyderabad: CM of Telangana State, Mr. K. Chandrasekhar Rao sanctioned 69 posts of lecturers for self-financing Urdu medium junior colleges to avoid the monetary burden on the management.
He also sanctioned 1133 posts of lecturers for 81 Govt. Junior Colleges. The remuneration for part time lecturer has been doubled. The salaries for part time lab attenders have increased Rs. 3900 to 7800. In the same manner, teachers working in Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and Kasturba Gandhi Educational Institutions have also been increased. It will benefit 11,839 employees.
With the enhancement of salaries, Govt. exchequer will incur Rs. 1,86,30,000. The salaries of consultants have been increased from Rs. 25000 to Rs. 35000.
