State government has approved 68 posts in the newly formed Minorities Commissionerate for its headquarter in Hyderabad and some other districts. A GO MS 345 has been issued in this connection after approval of finance department. Principal Secretary Dr. P V Ramesh issued the orders.
The government has recently announced Minorities commissionerate to improve the performance of minority institutions, effective implementation of various schemes for the minorities and to ensure proper untilistion of funds released by the government for the welfare of minorities.
The headquarter of the commissionerate will be in Hyderabad for which 27 member staff has been sanctioned. Posts of deputy directors (2), account officer (1), senior accountant (1), junior accountant (1), superintendent (4), senior assistant (4), junior assistant cum DEOs (8), deputy inspector of survey (1) and deputy surveyor (5) have been approved for state head quarter.
