A 67-year-old woman was today robbed of her jewellery worth Rs one lakh by four motorcycle-borne persons who dragged her on road while she was on her way to a nearby temple here.
Madhu Mansha Ramani was stalked and dragged on a road at Roop Nagar in north Delhi around 7.30 AM by the accused
before being robbed of her jewellery worth around Rs one lakh,police said.
Ramani, wife of a retired Railways official, had gone to participate in morning prayers in Sadhubela temple in the
area, they said, adding that the efforts were on to nab the culprits.
An FIR has been registered after the victim called the police after reaching her home, they said.
