A 62-year-old businessman was killed in a road accident in Humayun Nagar police limits.
The deceased, Syed Zuhoor-ul-Haq of Syed Aliguda, was severely injured when the motorcycle he was riding was hit by a lorry near Pillar No 7 of PVNR Express Way between Tolichowki and Mehdipatnam on Wednesday night. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead. His friend and pillion rider Sohail also sustained injuries and undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
The Humayun Nagar police have registered a case against the lorry driver. (INN)
