Six men were arrested in the national capital for alleged sexual offences, including one who targeted his mother and sister in an inebriated state, police said today. 25-year-old Rajkumar, who was under the influence of alcohol, allegedly targeted his mother and sister in a slum in central Delhi’s Prasad Nagar late last night. They raised an alarm after he attacked them following which neighbours gathered at the spot and apprehended him. A case of attempted rape and criminal assault on a woman with an intent to outrage her modesty was registered against him. In another case, Prem Sagar, an employee of Community Toilet Complex, was arrested for allegedly passing lewd remarks at a woman, who had come to use the facility near Safdarjung. A doctor working with a private hospital alleged that two investment consultants tried to molest her inside her house in Mayapuri. The accused Jasveer and Devinder were arrested. In a separate incident, a 28-year-woman was molested allegedly by her former employer when she went to the office in Patel Nagar to collect her dues. The employer was arrested. A 25-year-old man was arrested for allegedly molesting a girl in Sultanpuri area while another person was arrested on charges of molesting a girl in Tilak Marg. PTI
