Dubai: In a surprising incident which took place in Dubai, a man allowed his 5-year-old son to watch adult films.
According to the report published in Khaleej Times, the woman appealed to the court in Dubai that her ex-husband’s right to have custody of their children be revoked.
The woman also sought a divorce after her husband caught on CCTV in a compromising position with Chinese masseuse.
It is also reported that the woman, aged 30 said that her son misbehaved and touched her and her 18-month-old daughter. After this awkward behaviour of her son, she took him to a psychologist.
The medical report of the boy confirmed that the child had been watching adult films. The psychologist suggested the court that the child should not be left with the father.
Awatif Mohammed, woman’s lawyer told the court that as the child’s psychological safety is under threat, any meeting between father and son should be supervised.
Although the court rejected the video evidence, held the man guilty.
Awatif also filed a civil case against the man for compensation.
