Keeping general elections in view, APCC Chief N Raghuveera Reddy today appointed five spokesmen. Besides appointing Uma Malleswara Rao, NN Raja and Rama Devi as general secretaries, Raghuveera appointed former minister Vatti Vasanth Kumar as vice president or the party. Raghuveera appointed Rudraraju Padmaraju, Ganga Bhavani, Venkat, Sambasiva Rao and J Gautham as official spokespersons. The APCC released a communiqué to this effect.(NSS)
