In an incident that created stir in the area, 5 girls who were the students of 6th to 8th class went missing from their schools in Rajahmundry. After searching them in vain till the evening, the parents lodged a complaint with the police.
Police don’t believe it to be a case of kidnap as all the girls were known to each other. A special team has been formed by the police to trace the girls.
