Formation of Andhra Pradesh not only proved harmful for Telangana people but it was also the test of their patience. Addressing the 42nd dialogue of Telangana Resource Centre, Telangana NGO Devi Prasad expressed these views. Captain Pandu Ranga Rao, convenor SC, ST, Minority Front, Sanaullah Khan, Telangana protagonist Vimla, DP Reddy Sri Ranga Reddy advocate JAC also spoke on the occasion.
Two minutes silence was observed in memory of those who sacrificed their lives for Telangana. Devi Prasad declared the formation of Andhra a great loss for the Muslims of Telangana. He claimed that 40 thousand Telangana Muslims were deprived of government jobs as a result of the formation of the state.
Mr. Sanaullah Khan told that Andhrite rulers destroyed the Muslim heritage in a well planned manner.
