Meerut, April 08: Police today registered a case against four persons for allegedly abducting a 20-year-old woman from the Civil lines area here.
Four armed persons allegedly abducted the woman from her house in the Civil lines area near Mandirwali Gali and whisked her away in a vehicle last night.
Police Inspector Naghesh Sharma said that investigations have revealed the incident to be a love affair adding that they have launched a manhunt to nab the accused.
