Dehradun, August 16: Four members of a family were today killed and as many injured when their overspeeding car rammed into a truck in Nainital, police said. Seven members of a family and their driver were returning from a temple when their car rammed into a stationary truck at Lalkuan area, killing four persons on the spot, they said.
The deceased have been identified as Ashok Agrawal (68), his son Anish (35), daughter-in-law Mona (32) and their driver Sukhdev Singh (31). Agrawal”s wife Bina (60), daughter Jyoti (26) and two grandchildren, aged 4 and 2 years, suffered injuries in the mishap and were admitted in a private hospital, police said.
