As part of 100-Day Action Plan, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) will give water connections to as many as 35,000 households in Greater Hyderabad. The board will commission six new water reservoirs at Shastripuram, Budwel, Golden Heights and Sulaiman Nagar in Rajendranagar circle, and at Barkas and KPHB Colony in Kukatpally circle.
2000 new connections will be given to Sulaiman Nagar, 5000 connections to Barkas, 5000 to Kukatpally Housing Board Colony. New connections will also be provided to nearly 3,000 households in Bandlaguda in Chandrayangutta division.
