After the withdrawal of candidates, as many 344 candidates are in fray for two Lok Sabha and 15 Assembly seats in Hyderabad for the ensuing Assembly and Lok Sabha elections to be held on April 30.
While 30 candidates are in fray for Secunderabad Lok Sabha seat, 16 candidates will be competing with each other for Hyderabad Lok Sabha seat.
Similarly, a total of 298 candidates are in contest for 15 Assembly seats in Hyderabad. Amberpet is top with 32 canidates followed by Secunderabad (31), Khairtabad (30), Musheerabad (23), Nampally (23), Sanathnagar (22), Jubilee Hills (21), Chandrayangutta (19), Karwan (17), Goshamahal (16), Malakpet (15), Charminar (14), Yakuthpura (14), Bahadurpura (11) and there are 10 candidates for Secunderabad Cantonment Assembly segment.
