Hyderabad, January 02: In spite of an appeal by Pradesh Congress Committee president D Srinivas, the three Telangana ministers – Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, D Sridhar Babu and B Sudershan Reddy who did not withdraw their resignations, have decided to wait till the outcome of the January 5 meeting in Delhi.
It may be recalled that 10 other Telangana ministers have decided to withdraw their resignations on the grounds that they were satisfied with the Centre for initiating the process of talks on Telangana issue.
The PCC chief today advised the three ministers, who called on him at his residence this evening, to withdraw their resignations in view of favourable response by the Centre on the Telangana issue.
It is learnt that Union Minister and incharge of AP affairs M Veerappa Moily also had a talk with the three ministers over phone on the resignation issue.
However, the three ministers have decided to wait for the outcome of the all-party on January 5.
