Begusarai: Three men were lynched by a mob in Bihar’s Begusarai on Friday, September 7. They were allegedly trying to kidnap an 11-year-old girl from inside her school premises. According to sources they were armed and after barging into a primary school tried to drag out 11-year-old Nageena Kumari student of class V. She is the daughter of a local resident Ramnath Paswan.
Locals gathered at the school and attacked the kidnappers. Mukesh Mahto – a notorious criminal of the area and his two accomplices Shyam Singh and Heera died of injuries.
An FIR has been lodged in connection. Investigations are on. Meanwhile, the Chhaurahi Police Station in-charge was suspended for negligence in the ongoing investigation.
