Three persons were killed in different roads accident in the city and its outskirts.
A 25-year-old man died on the spot when the bike he was riding was hit by another scooter in Mailardevpally police limits on Friday night. The accident occurred near Grand Function Hall when the deceased, S Pentaiah, was taking a U-turn and was hit by an Activa. He was a resident of Bhootpur of Mahabubnagar district.
In another case, D Anajaiah, 45, died of injuries which he suffered when the bike he was riding skidded near his residence in Meerpet on December 16. He was admitted to Gandhi Hospital where he died on Friday night, Meerpet police said.
In a different case, 30-year-old M Venkatesh Goud, succumbed to the injuries which he suffered on December 16 after falling down from a running lorry on which he used to work as a cleaner. The lorry was coming from Narsaraopet to Hyderabad and allegedly due to the rash driving by lorry driver, Goud fell down from the cabin on near Peddamberpet on NH 65. He was admitted to a private hospital where he died last night, according to Hayathnagar police. (INN)
