Bagaha, January 16: At least three people were killed and two injured in separate road accidents in West Champaran district in North Bihar since last night.
Police here today said that two people were killed and as many injured when their car collided head on with a speeding bus at Valmikinagar area near here this morning.
While two died on the spot, the injured were rushed to hospital where their condition was stated to be critical.
In another mishap, one motorcyclist was killed after he was hit by a car near Kusinagar last night.
The killer vehicle, however, fled immediately after the incident and no one had yet been arrested, police said, adding separate cases had been filed to investigate the mishaps.
