Jamia Nizamia, the greatest Islamic seminary, will organize a series of programmes from March 20 to 22 to mark the death centenary of its founder.
The 3 day centenary Urs celebrations of the founder of Jamia Nizamia Maulana Anwarullah Farooqui will begin today, i.e. on Saturday, March 21, from Asr to 11 pm, at Jamia Nizamia. Maulana Syed Shah Ali Akber Nizamuddin Husaini Saberi Ameer Jamia will preside over. Shaikh Dr. Jaadur Rab Ameen Abdul Majeed, Jamia Azhar will be the chief guest.
Asr prayer will be offered at 5:15 pm followed by Dastar bandi and draping of khilat. Book of Jamia Nizamia founder will be released. Hazrat Ameer Jamia will give away certificates. Chief Guest will give away prizes and medals.
