State Elections Commissioner Ramakanth Reddy today said that they have made all arrangements for smooth conduct of second phase of ZPTC and MPTC elections on April 11.
Addressing a press conference here, he said that they use webcasting technology to put a tab on problematic polling stations. While 5075 micro observers will be in place for polling duty, adequate police are in place for smooth conduct of the elections. He asked the voters to carry voter slips and any one of the identity cards to exercise their franchise. Ramakanth Reddy said that those who exercised their franchise in earlier municipal elections are not eligible to vote in the elections on April 11.(NSS)
