New Delhi, July 08: Twenty eight-year-old Ruchi Bhuttan in Gurgaon who was found hanging in her house on Tuesday. The police have now recovered her personal diary. It seems from the contents of the diary, that she was pushed to commit suicide.
Two days after she was found hanging from her house in Gurgaon’s upmarket DLF Phase II, her parents have now given the police a diary she maintained, which talks about her estranged relationship with her husband because of his affair with a young model.
Ruchi’s sister Shefali said, “He would always tell her that you will never be like Meera.”
Ruchi Bhuttani’s diary, which dates back to 2006, talks about how her marriage was constantly under stress and how she was even allegedly tortured by her husband for several years.
In this diary the 28-year-old talks about the constant fights she had over the years with her husband because of his extra marital relationship. Ruchi had given this diary to her family a few years ago which the police are now using in the investigations.
While Sumit Bhuttan was arrested after Ruchi died, model Meera Chopra is yet to be questioned. Gurgaon DLF Phase II SHO Babulal said, “He has been arrested. We are looking for Meera Chopra.”
