28 students booked for malpractice in inter exams

Hyderabad: As many 28 cases of malpractices were registered against the candidates who appeared for English Paper-II of Intermediate Public Examinations held across Telangana State on Saturday.

Of 431,893 registered candidates, a total of 408,151 students (94.50%) appeared for the exams while 23,747 (5.50%) abstained from it. The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education has sent Observers to Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and Warangal districts. The examinations were conducted peacefully without any untoward incident, said Board Secretary Dr. A. Ashok. (INN)
