Mohali, Nov 24: A 25-year-old youth was found dead near telephone exchange in Phase XI on Monday evening, the police said. The deceased has been identified as Harjit Singh of Kambali village in Mohali.
Harjit’s father Kulwant Singh told the police that he had disowned his son about 7-8 years back owing to his bad habits.
A passerby informed the police after spotting the body, which was then shifted to Civil Hospital for a postmortem.
