A police party raided a pleasure jaunt in Earlapally village under Chevella mandal of Ranga Reddy district on Friday evening and took some 25 youths, including 15 women into custody.
According to the delayed information, on a tip-off, the police raided the resort and found 15 women and several youths indulging in erotic dances. While the cops managed to grab 25, several others took to their heels. There are also allegations that anti-social activities were going on in the resort for some time.
During the raid, the police seized eight cars and cash of Rs 15 lakhs at the scene of offence. The police produced the accused in the court concerned, which remanded them to judicial custody. It is learnt that the area deputy superintendent of police had received information about the immoral activities in the resort for some time. Three organizers were among those arrested.
