A 25-day 100-class summer camp will begin tomorrow at Smiles Himayathnagar and Saptaparni at Banjara Hills.
Organized by Smiles, The Pre-School, the camp will be conducted separately for toddlers (three to five years); Sub Juniors (6 to 8years); Juniors (8 to 11 years) and Seniors (11 to 13 years), informed Sangeetha Rajesh, Principal of Smiles while addressing media persons at Saptaparni on Wednesday.
The unique 25-day, 100 classes summer engagement program for 3 to 13 years kids will have rare and diverse activities. Express Yourself, Creative Best, Little Yoga(to increase the attention and concentration), Brain Teasers(training to facilitate thinking skills), Brain Gym(left and right brain orientation), Impersonate—Walking Style, behavior (to learn body language), Short Memory, Creative Writing, Music, Dance, Drawing, Theatre, Drama etc and many more.
Nearly 200 students are expected to take part in this camp. The aim of organizing the camp was to offer children opportunities to sharpen their skills and bring out their inert talent through various activities. Camps such as these are useful to identify talent in kids and encourage them to excel, said Sangeetha. (NSS)
