At least 15 persons,many of them mobile fruit vendors, were injured, four of them seriously, when a speeding car ran over them at Kothapet fruit market area near Dilsukhnagar here early today. Police said a software company employee at Gachibowli, who was returning home in his car after work,lost control of his vehicle and ran over them, at the busy fruit market junction when the mishap occured. The injured were shifted to the local government hospital. A case of rash and negligent driving was registered against the IT company employee. In another incident in Karimnagar district, eight students were injured, two of them seriouly, when a private school bus in which they were travelling hit a tipper lorry at Katarum near here.
