Hyderabad: South Zone Police of Old City, Hyderabad, detained 21 youth under Operation Chabutra. Besides 4 youth who were indulged in bike racing and performing stunts were also held. Youth arrested also include those who were detained on the charges of eve teasing. They are being counselled in front of their parents.
