The two persons were taken into custody by officers of the Ganeshpeth Police Station from Bhaldarpur area in Nagpur on Friday evening.
According to officials, the two have been using satellite phones to communicate with people based in Pakistan. After intercepting a few such calls, the investigators decided to detain the two to question them about their links to the neighbouring country.
Sources in the Intelligence Bureau say the officials have been monitoring the calls for some time. The sleuths then informed the Nagpur Police and asked them to locate the accused.
