As expected, Pradesh Congress Committee Disciplinary Committee chairman Kanteti Satyanarayana Raju on Monday served show-cause notice to Eluru MLA Alla Kali Krishna Srinivas (Nani) and Bobbili MLA Venkata Sujay Krishna Ranga Rao Ravu for indulging in anti-party activities by moving closely with YSR Congress party.
While issuing show-cause notice, Satyanarayana Raju asked both of them to submit their explanation over anti-party activities by June 4.
Talking to media persons at Gandhi Bhavan, he said that the show-cause notice was issued to Nani following the complaint lodged by Pradesh Congress Committee chief Botsa Satyanarayana.
He suggested that those, who wish to join other parties, should quit their posts voluntarily and then join the other parties.
He said that that the PCC was collecting inputs against Anakapalle MP Sabbam Hari for openly supporting YSR Congress president Jagan Mohan Reddy and would request the High Command to take action against him.(INN)
