2 million pilgrims reach Makkah, Hajj rituals to begin from tomorrow

Riyadh: Over 20 lakh intending pilgrims from around the globe have reached Makkah Mukarrama to perform the Holy pilgrimage. Hajj rituals will begin from Sunday. Pilgrims will leave for Mina early in the morning on Sunday. Hajj is the largest religious gathering of the world. According to Saudi Arabian Minister for Hajj and Umrah a high standard service plan has been prepared in the light of the directions of Khadimul Haramain Sharifain, Shah Salman bin Abdul Aziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Pilgrims can report their grievances to the ministry. The ministry has set up welcome centres at all the entrances in Makkah and Madina where over 1800 men and women have been deployed.
