Mathura: Two persons were killed when a speeding truck hit a tanker from behind on the NH 2 here, police said today.
The incident happened last night on National Highway (NH 2). The tanker overturned killing the duo on the spot, they said.
The deceased have been identified as driver Bhupendra of Jharautha village and a trader Shaym Veer of Talaita village.
The truck driver fled the spot, they added.
