Two persons were killed and one person injured when a two-wheeler and tri-cycle collided near Tirumangamalam, 30 km from here today.
Kanagaraj (26) of Peraiyur and Jegan Prabhaharan (18) of Palanganatham, who were returning from Kallipatti by a
motorcycle, tried to overtake a Government bus when they lost control of the vehicle and collided with the tri-cyle.
The injured had been hospitalised.
