Two persons were killed and six others injured today when a tempo collided with a jeep in Kotwali area, police sources said here.
Ram Chander (36) and a 40-year-old unidentified man were killed when the tempo in which they were travelling collided with the jeep at Mudaghat crossing this evening, they said.
The injured have been admitted to the district hospital, police said, adding that the jeep driver has been detained.
