A 37-year-old man died on the spot when the motorcycle he was riding was hit by a crane near JP Farm House in Narsingi police limits.
The accident happened on Tuesday night when the deceased, J Yadaiah, was travelling on his bike along with his wife Kanakamma. According to Sub-Inspector C Shankar Goud, Kanakamma sustained severe injuries and is undergoing treatment at a hospital. Yadaiah was a watchman and resident of Janwada of Rangareddy district.
In another case, 19-year-old Deepak Kumar died instantaneously when he lost control of the bike he was riding and hit an electric pole in Jawaharnagar police limits on Tuesday night. He was an intermediate student and resident of Alwal. (INN)
