The city police have arrested two persons and recovered stolen cosmetic and general goods worth Rs 6 lakh from their possession yesterday. A police release here today said on credible information, the Afzalgunj police arrested Magharam (21) and Bahawana Ram (20), both hailing from Rajasthan, who were residing at Gowliguda Chaman here.
The accused had entered the godown of the complainant using a duplicate key and made away with the booty. They later sold the goods to two dealers in Hyderabad as well as in Miryalaguda of Nalgonda District, the release added. UNI
