Two youths were arrested from Nagpur for allegedly making an obscene video of a teenage girl and circulating it in Gadchiroli via MMS. Parag Kawle (24) and Akshay Admane (22) were picked up from Nagpur yesterday on a tip-off that they have circulated the clip in Gadchiroli, police said.
