To conduct the departmental inspection of 55.47 crore fixed deposit in the Minority Finance Corporation, the government has decided to form two separate committees. Secretary Minority Welfare Dana Kishore issued GO RT 297 in this regard. The committees will submit the report within 3 weeks of their formation.
Joint secretary Minority Welfare department will be the chairman of the committee while Mr. M A Ghafoor officer on special duty Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation will be the convenor.
The committee will review the budget requirement during the years 2010-11 and 2011-12 and also any irregularities during the period. Vice chairman and managing director Minority Finance Corporation has been directed to cooperate with the two committees during their inspection.
